Privacy Policy

Who we are

This website belongs to Shri Guru Sadan Srisailam, Plot No. 27, Outer Ring Road, Srisailam, Andhra Pradesh 518101, India. You can contact us at shrigurusadansrisailam@gmail.com or on +91 70275 19522.

Booking enquiries

The booking form on this website prepares a WhatsApp message in your own browser from the details you type (name, dates, number of guests, room type, number of rooms and special requests). The website does not store these details or send them to its own server. When you tap the WhatsApp button, the message goes to the hotel through WhatsApp, and WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to it.

Calls, WhatsApp and email

If you call, message or email us, we use the details you share only to reply to you, check availability and manage your booking.

Payments

This website does not take payments. Payment details are shared privately by the hotel on WhatsApp after availability is confirmed.

Google Maps and your location

The map and the Get Directions button are provided by Google. If you use Get Directions, your device may share your location with Google Maps, not with us. Google's privacy policy applies to its services.

Guest reviews

Reviews shown on this website are public reviews from Google Maps, displayed with the reviewer's public name as it appears on Google.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Embedded Google services, such as the map, may set their own cookies. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and reliability.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with services needed to run the booking and website, such as WhatsApp, Google and our hosting provider.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete the details we hold about you by emailing shrigurusadansrisailam@gmail.com.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
